Lean into the year’s rhythm

Seasons at Drawing Room are inspired by how we move through the year as adults. At times we reach for periods of growth and expansion, followed by stretches of rest, practice, and iteration. We celebrate milestones as we go, to mark the passing of time together, and see how far we’ve come. Everything we do is inspired by our season’s theme.

New Year

(Late Jan - March)

We make new commitments with our fresh slate.

Spring

(April - early June)

We thaw, we wake, and we get into the swing of the year. The possibilities are endless.

Summer

(Mid-June - mid-Aug)

We’re out in the world making waves and collecting inspiration and soaking up the city.

Fall

(Sept-early Nov)

Crisp sweater weather calls for back to school routines and planners. We prepare and we lock in.

Winter

(Mid-Nov - mid-Jan)

During the coldest and darkest days, we gather around the fire together.

Drawing Room Nights

At the end of each season, we wrap up with a celebration open to members, friends, and the public. All the season’s intensive participants are invited to showcase their work at this event, alongside exciting open mic literary and musical performances!
