Table Booking

Book a table for 2.5 hours during any of our public Open Hours, where others may be in the space with you. Fits up to 8 people in Midtown, 12 in Williamsburg, and includes Art Library access for each person.

Pricing

$380 for a table for up to 8 people, or $495 for a table for up to 12 (in Williamsburg only).

  • Each table seats 8, and comes with access to our Art Library for all members of your party.

    Please note there is only one table available for booking – we cannot accommodate bigger parties. If you arrive with more than 8 individuals, your group may be turned away without a refund.

Shared Booking

Host up to 15 people and share the space with one other party. Available Fridays & Saturdays from 7:30-10:30pm.

Up to 10 people - $500
Up to 15 people - $680

    Available refreshments: Unlimited drip coffee and tea from our premium loose-leaf tea selection. Ice machine also available upon request.

    Outside food and supplies: Bring-your-own cake, dinner, (white) wine, and supplies for your dream celebration. Reusable mugs, cups, and utensils available for your use and wash, or bring your own disposable ones.

    Restroom: In-unit restroom with complimentary feminine hygiene products.

  • Check out unlimited mediums from our Art Library – mix and match to your heart’ s content. Up to 10 points worth of surfaces (art paper, tea towels, stamp carving blocks) per person. Add-ons such as paint-a-dish and totes included for an additional fee on-site.

    This is an unguided activity. We have an illustrated guide booklet on-site that is included, and our host can help answer questions but there are no demos, etc.

  • Unlimited access to our Board Game Library! Select one or as many games as you’d like to play during your booking.

  • Pick your favorite beads and assemble friendships bracelets! Mix and match across all letters, shapes, colors, and sizes to make the fun stretchy bracelets that match your style, occasion or mood. Make up to 2 bracelets per person.

Max capacity is activity-dependent. Barring activity-based limits listed below, the space fits 50 people max.

  • An evening of collaging and reflective, collaborative journaling! Magazines, crafting supplies and prompts provided. A Drawing Room Host helps lead one guided meditation and journaling exercise for your group.

  • Get lost in the flow of watercolor paint! Our host provides beginner guidance and a demo. All materials provided. Create your next work of art, or just enjoy the meditative experience!

Location & Details

We have two beautiful locations:

  • Midtown, Manhattan: 247 W 30th st, #9R, New York, NY 10001.

  • Williamsburg, Brooklyn: 101 N 10th St #206, Brooklyn NY 11249.

Both are accessible via elevator, and we have a private restroom in-unit. Please note the restroom in our Manhattan space is not currently wheelchair accessible. Our Williamsburg location, including the in-unit restroom, is fully accessible.

Please note we are a shoes-off space. We have shoe covers if taking shoes off is not an option.
