Dungeons & Dragons Club!
at Drawing Room
An 8-week roleplaying campaign.
Build a world, craft a life, tell the story.
Join us for an eight-week Table-Top Role Playing campaign! There are no dice, no math, no rulebooks to study; just a table of people telling one incredible story together. If you can hold a conversation, you already know how to play.
Your character starts as a simple idea; a wanderer, a dreamer, a troublemaker - and over eight weeks becomes someone entirely, unrepeatably yours. The world bends to follow your choices, the story grows from what we make of it, and no two tables could ever tell it the same way.
Together we'll explore strange places, uncover impossible things, and shape an adventure none of us could have written alone. No experience required. No wrong answers possible. Just bring your curiosity. Note: some of the eight sessions are reserved for one-shots, character building, or crafting!

Sessions in this Club
Session 1: Sun, Sept 13 from 3-6pm
“Who are you anyway?”
We will begin with a loose instruction. You'll start from a simple, iconic idea — the wanderer, the dreamer, the troublemaker — and we'll shape it together into someone you can't wait to play. No math, no wrong answers; you'll leave with a character and a hint of the strange world waiting for them
Session 2: Sun, Sept 20 from 3-5:30pm
“Setting Out?”
The campaign officially begins. Our band of characters steps into a vast, mysterious world for the first time — and because this game runs on conversation instead of dice, the story starts bending to follow your choices from the very first scene.
Session 3: Sun, Sept 27 from 3-5:30pm
“Stranger and Stranger”
The world opens up and the questions multiply. Expect impossible places, curious encounters, and the first moments where your characters surprise you — which is exactly the point
Session 4: Sun, Oct 4 from 3-5:30pm
“In Over Our Heads”
The story deepens and consequences begin to surface. Expect strategic challenges, stronger character relationships, and a world that responds to the choices you’ve made.
Session 5: Sun, Oct 11 from 3-5:30pm
“Make it Real”
We'll pause the story for a hands-on night: bring your character off the page with a creative project to keep. A chance to breathe, craft, and get to know your fellow adventurers out of character.
Session 6: Sun, Oct 18 from 3-5:30pm
“No Turning Back”
Back to the campaign with new energy. The world expands, challenges grow more layered, and your characters begin to reveal who they truly are under pressure.
Session 7: Sun, Oct 25 from 3-5:30pm
“Everything Converges”
The threads of our story pull tight. What began as a band of simple archetypes is now a group of unrepeatable characters heading toward a finale only they could have created.
Session 8: Sun, Nov 9 from 3-6:pm
“The Story Ends, With Us”
Our final session blends the campaign's climax with a celebration of everything we built. Expect big moments, a proper send-off for our characters, and a potluck to toast the story that could only have happened at this table.
Your Host
Sterling (he/him) will be your DM! As a longtime imagineer with a deep love for collaborative storytelling and the world of tabletop role-playing games, he is excited to co-create this world with you all. He’s also a host during Open Hours at Drawing Room; come say hi!
