Welcome, and thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Drawing Room! Our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do and help bring our events and community to life. Volunteering is a wonderful way to give back, connect with our creative community, and enjoy our workshops as a thank-you for your support.

We’re thrilled to have you joining us and we are so grateful for your help in hosting magical experiences at Drawing Room.

How it works:

1. Join our community Discord and introduce yourself!

2. Fill and submit this form below

3. Then, we’ll send you our Volunteer Handbook, you’ll complete an acknowledgement form, and attend an upcoming in-person orientation (we’ll schedule this with you once you submit your information)

4. Sign-ups for workshops and events are sent out each month, providing details for events happening in the following month.

5. Confirmations will be sent out after the deadline.

6. Work-trade:

   In exchange for volunteering, you are welcome to enjoy the workshop or event as an attendee (ie. participate in the activity, etc). We just ask that you prioritize your volunteer duties throughout, for example if the instructor needs support during the event to either check a latecomer in, complete a shop transaction, refill paints, keep a timer, refill coffee, etc.
