about your upcoming Field Trip with Drawing Room!

  1. Join the What’sApp! This is very important!

    What’sApp is a very popular group texting application. You’ll need to download the app itself if you don’t have it, and join the group via the link (sent to you via email/text).

    The reason we use this is because it has location-sharing, which will help us keep track of our group as we meet up, and during the workshop as we wander and explore.

    Meiying, our instructor, will be sharing her location in What’sApp, so in the event that you arrive late, you’ll be able to find the group.

    In case of emergency, Meiying’s direct number is (917) 612-9109. However, the best way to reach not only her but the rest of your Field Trip group will be to message in the What’sApp.
